3. Scope of Services

By using the Service and depending about the plan that You have chosen, You shall be able to:

• Track Your live cases via court feeds/sites as may be available and through customized updates
• Easily access the data from anywhere and have info at your fingertips
• Save Your cases so that all information pertaining to them is readily available
• Schedule and plan courtroom appearances in advance as periodical updates are sent to You through Whatsapp and email
• See the case postings updated in the google calendar
• Maintain all documents pertaining to Your case at one place
• Prepare and maintain customized updates on each case
• Ensure timely filing of documents in courts as You are periodically updated
• Easily assign cases to Your associates or staff and keep track of them
• Send bills to clients and update payment information on the Website
• Integrate payment gateway with your bills to enable clients to easily make payments
• Maintain a database of Your Clients
• Search and import case details from court feeds and save them to enable quick access
• Share details of cases including the next posting dates and updates on the posting to Your clients

The services, including collecting data related to Your cases from the respective websites maintained by the courts and tribunals, shall be provided by us as per Your instruction. Any search or similar action carried out by You for availing any service from us shall be deemed to be an automatic and irrevocable instruction made by You to avail the respective services from us.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Data Accuracy

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into the Platform.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to:

• Attempting unauthorized access
• Copying, redistributing, or reselling the Service
• Using the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempting to change, add to, remove, deface, hack or otherwise interfere with the Website
• Engaging in any data mining, data harvesting, data extracting or any other similar activity

4.3 Account Security

• You must maintain the confidentiality of Your login credentials and shall not share it with anyone
• Any activity under Your account will be deemed as Your responsibility

• All fees are non-refundable

The Company will not be liable for missed hearings, incorrect case information, or professional losses resulting from reliance on the Service. You are requested to verify the case information directly from the court or through Your lawyers as well.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content, software, trademarks, and designs related to the Service are the property of the Company
• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform only for the specific purposes mentioned hereinabove
• You must not copy, reproduce, perform, adapt, modify or translate the Content without express prior written consent

Any material you send to us on or via the Website will be deemed to be confidential and shall be stored by us in encrypted form.

9. Termination

9.1 Termination by You

Users may terminate their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued.

9.2 Termination by Us

The Company may suspend or terminate access if a User violates these Terms or applicable laws.

9.3 Data After Termination

At the time of termination, the User will be able to download all his data from the Website. After the date of termination, the User shall not be able to access the Website or demand data in any form. Upon termination, we shall immediately delete all Your data and provide confirmation, if asked so.

These Terms shall be governed under Indian Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thiruvananthapuram District.
